Hello, I am Sini and I have been into Shibas since 2005. I live in Vaasa, located in western Finland. My first shiba, Iitu (FIN CH, TK1 Miryoku) stepped into my life during the summer 2005 and since then I have began to show more and more interest in Shibas and breeding.

I have lived with dogs my entire life. Our family had a Tibetan Spaniel male called Peetu who was a great family member. He taught me a lot about dogs and training before he passed away at the age of 13. With Iitu I got involved in agility, obedience, shows etc. and training with dogs is something I found very interesting. Iitu has showed some real potential especially in obedience and she is a joy to hobby with. She was the first Shiba in Finland to achieve the obedience title “TK1” (three first prizes from the class one).

Tiuku (Rollick’s Bright Eyes) was born in Sweden, 2008. She came to me over the Baltic Sea and has grown to a lively and social young Shiba female. Our hobby is agility and hopefully I can start competing with her during 2011. I also started my breeding work with Tiuku in 2010, resulting three lovely female puppies. Last born puppy, Mirai No Yume, is co-owned. To my delight, Tiuku is a talented mum and easy to breed.

In future I hope to learn more about breeding and training with dogs. More about my breeding plans can be read here. I’m a member of Finnish Kennel Club, HETI ry (Society for Canine Genetic Health and Ethics) and the Finnish Shiba Club. I hobby with my dogs in VAS, Vaasa Agility Club.
